Hybridtec Amplification: The QM450A utilizes Quest's innovative Hybridtec system, combining a digital amplifier for low frequencies and an analog amplifier for high frequencies. Power Output: The speaker delivers a continuous power output of 450W RMS, with 400W dedicated to the low-frequency driver and 50W to the high-frequency driver, ensuring clear and powerful audio across the frequency spectrum. 

Asymmetrical Waveguide: Equipped with a custom-designed asymmetrical waveguide, the QM450A offers a wide 90-100° horizontal coverage at the base and a focused 40° coverage at the top. This design allows for precise sound dispersion, minimizing unwanted reflections and ensuring consistent coverage. 

Rotatable Horn: The waveguide can be rotated through four dispersion planes, providing flexibility in speaker placement and orientation to suit various acoustic environments. 

Durable Construction: Built with a heavy-duty birch plywood chassis and finished with a resilient black coating, the QM450A is designed to withstand demanding environments. A wrap-around heavy-gauge protective steel grille adds to its durability, making it suitable for both portable and installed applications.
